Managed & handled creative direction for 40+ merch projects for 2 of the world's largest music tours at the same time
For Beyonce and Jay Z's first On The Run Tour I was responsible for managing and art directing a team of 10 different illustrators and designers.
As a Creative Project Manager for one of the world's largest music merchandising companies I helped to successfully produce hundreds of products for some of the biggest names in music. I art directed and project managed 40+ illustrators and designers on a daily basis for groups from Pop to Country to Heavy Metal. This lead to merchandise sales totaling in millions of dollars of revenue.
The success of the sales was in millions of dollars.
We came up with hundreds of different designs that were then sent to Beyonce and her creative director for approval and creation for their tour and online stores.
I helped lead the team of creatives that produced these items from start to finish.

FINAL TOUR
While I was managing Beyonce and Jay Z's tour merchandise creative I was also leading a team of artists in creating Mötley Crüe’s merchandise for their final tour.
My team of artists was comprised 15 different illustrators and designers
Who helped contribute daily to coming up with product ideas and designs that were pitched by myself and the Creative Director to band management and in most cases the band members themselves.
After our meetings final designs and products were chosen and then project managed by me.
